Now Hiring : FEMA Project Delivery Managers (PDMGs) and PA Specialists
iParametrics is seeking experienced professionals to join our team for FEMA disaster recovery operations . If you have a background in project management, disaster recovery, or emergency management , this is your opportunity to make a direct impact in supporting communities affected by disasters.
What You’ll Do :
Act as the primary point of contact for disaster recovery projects
Conduct site inspections to assess damage to public infrastructure and facilities
Develop scopes of work, cost estimates, and project documentation in compliance with FEMA PA guidelines
Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely completion
Ensure compliance with environmental, historical preservation, and hazard mitigation standards
Utilize FEMA’s Grants Portal to track project updates and reporting
What We’re Looking For :
- 5 years of project management experience (preferably in disaster recovery or emergency management)
- Familiarity with FEMA Public Assistance (PA) programs, policies, and regulations
- Strong organizational & communication skills to manage multiple projects effectively
- Experience with federal grant management & financial oversight a plus
FEMA certifications (IS-100, IS-200, IS-700, IS-800, and IS-1014) preferred
Background in civil engineering, environmental science, or construction management is a plus
