iParametrics was founded in 2003 to provide a diverse range of advisory services. Today, we provide multi-faceted solutions in the areas of emergency and risk management, decision and analytical sciences, and program and cost consulting. We have extensive experience on a wide range of projects supporting federal, state, and municipal government programs.
The Marketing Team is responsible for overall branding and marketing in support of the company’s divisions: Security and Risk Management, Emergency Management, Analytics and Data Sciences, Cost Estimating, and Human Services. This work includes the development and production of proposals (approximately 8 – 12 per month), marketing materials, website updates, social media, white papers, and other marketing and business development strategies.
We are looking for someone to join the team to assist with proposal workload with the goal of growing their marketing skillset, while working at a fast-paced firm that is doing good in the communities we serve! On the job training will be provided, including mentorship, professional development, and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Act as central point of contact for assigned proposals.
- Lead and guide the technical staff to develop proposals.
- Read, analyze, and understand RFQ, RFPs, and RFIs.
- Develop proposal schedules, outlines, and technical content, as needed.
- Write resumes, boilerplate information, project descriptions, etc.
- Proofread proposals and proposal content.
- Meet deadlines.
- Create graphics for proposals.
- Support social media efforts and website updates.
- Lead monthly newsletter development and delivery.
- Other corporate communication needs, as determined.
Skills:
- Proficient with Office 365, Microsoft Teams/SharePoint, and word processing software.
- Proficient with Adobe InDesign publishing software.
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop preferred.
- Possess organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of database concepts, including GovWin and BidPrime preferred.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines.
- Understanding of basic marketing principles.
Education/Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- One to three years of experience preferred.
- On-the-job training provided.
- Recommended: Preparation to earn the Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) certification.
