Compensation for this position is hourly, $55.00- 60.00, based on experience, background, skills and 40-hour work week.

Key Responsibilities
Project Quality Control
- Coordinate and oversee day-to-day Quality Control operations to ensure quality project completion
- Review project documents, including RFPs, specifications, and drawings, for a comprehensive understanding of project requirements
- Assist in developing the overall project schedule in coordination with the Project Manager and Superintendent
- Manage the Quality Control Program, including scheduling and coordination of subcontractors and materials deliverables
- Inspect the project daily and maintain a clean, safe project site
- Schedule and oversee inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Compile and manage Daily Quality Control Reports and input data into government software
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, aiming for future work opportunities
- Establish rapport with subcontractors, positioning MCS as a preferred client
- Guide and mentor assigned QC crew
- Train team members as needed, fostering their growth and leadership skills
- Take initiative in leadership, delegation, and accountability
- Oversee punch list preparation and final inspections
- Manage project close-out processes, including post-construction meetings and final documentation
- Quality control compliance throughout the project
- High levels of client satisfaction
- Accurate and thorough project reporting
- Successful mentoring and development of field staff
Professional Experience
- Minimum of 5 years as a project superintendent or similar role
- Proficiency in contract language review and analysis
- Completion of OSHA 30-hour and EM385-40-hour safety training
- USACE / NAVFAC CQM certification
- Proficient in government QC software such as RMS or EcMS
- Skilled in scheduling software and project management tools
- Fluent in written and spoken English (bilingual proficiency preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- A proven track record of maintaining zero loss-time incidents or rework items
