Field Superintendent - Mechanical Piping

Your Mission :
As a Mechanical Piping Field Superintendent , you'll oversee complex mechanical piping installations from start to finish. You'll coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and project leadership to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in a cutting-edge environment involving high-purity chemicals and gases.
Location : Fully on-site in Sunnyvale, CA
Industry : Semiconductor manufacturing construction
What You'll Do :
- Lead daily operations -coordinate activities with other Superintendents and subcontractors
Supervise field performance -ensure top-notch installation quality and adherence to all safety protocols
Maintain project schedules -adjust and adapt as necessary to meet deadlines
Identify and resolve challenges -proactively manage roadblocks and escalate RFIs when needed
Manage subcontractor performance -ensure contractual obligations are met
Oversee high-risk activity planning -implement and enforce strict safety measures
What You Bring to the Table :
5-7 years of mechanical construction experience
Expertise in Process Cooling Water, Hydronics, Industrial Water, Wastewater Treatment, and Compressed Air Systems
Experience with high-purity chemicals and gases (preferred)
Knowledge of mechanical installations, cleanroom environments, and large industrial projects
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, E-Builder, Bluebeam, P6, and Navisworks
OSHA 30 Certification
High school diploma or GED required
A degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is a plus!
