This cutting-edge facility will serve as a high-velocity, collaborative platform, changing the way foundational semiconductor technologies and process equipment are developed and commercialized. The EPIC Center is designed to accelerate industry time-to-market and reduce overall research and development costs, shaping the future of chip manufacturing and innovation. The project is a collaboration with Applied Materials and is a critical step in fostering innovation in the semiconductor industry, helping drive the U.S. to the forefront of this technology.
On-Site Role | $82K - $121K DOE | Fast-Paced, High-Tech Environment
What You'll Do :
Crunch numbers to keep budgets on track
Analyze subcontractor proposals to ensure accuracy
Forecast & validate costs for advanced mechanical systems
Interpret construction documents to assess materials & labor
Support change orders & cost reports to drive project success
What We're Looking For :
- 2 years of construction estimating experience
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Mgmt, or related field
- Proficiency in Excel, Prolog, Procore, or Primavera P6
- Strong understanding of mechanical construction & cost analysis
- Experience in industrial or semiconductor projects is a PLUS!
