Role Overview
As a Lead Generator, you will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities. You’ll work closely with the sales and marketing teams to qualify leads, nurture relationships, and ensure a strong pipeline of potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients in target markets.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, networking, etc.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and aligning them with our offerings.
- Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff and follow-up of qualified leads.
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly lead generation targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine outreach strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in lead generation or sales development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and lead generation platforms.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Local Government or Utilities is a plus.
