About this role
This person will support our Quality Manager and sales team through a range of technical and quality assurance tasks. This role is crucial for ensuring accuracy in mold and production designs, as well as facilitating both domestic and international quoting and sample processes. The ideal candidate will bring a strong engineering background and attention to detail, helping us meet customer needs and maintain high standards of quality.
Responsibilities
- Design molds and trees to ensure precision in production and quality outcomes.
- Prepare accurate quotes and samples for both domestic and international clients, working closely with the sales team to provide technical support and meet customer specifications.
- Assist in quality control by reviewing designs, conducting analyses, and addressing customer inquiries related to product specifications and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the quality and sales teams to troubleshoot issues, streamline processes, and ensure alignment with production goals.
- Other duties related to quality assurance and quality control.
Qualifications
Required:
- 1-3 years of related experience.
- High-performing person with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Strong ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings in a manufacturing setting.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with one or more of the following: metallurgy, manufacturing, investment casting, SolidWorks, or foundry operations.
