Customer Service Trainee Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional face-to-face customer service regarding all product and service information.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction throughout the entire enrollment process.
- Track customer feedback and provide insights to improve services and client experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist clients in navigating our consulting services, ensuring they understand how our sales solutions can meet their business goals.
- Stay informed about company offerings and updates to effectively communicate with clients.
Customer Service Trainee Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or client support, or sales preferred.
