Injection Molding Process Technician
We are a plastic injection molding company located in Lake Forest, IL, seeking a skilled Injection Molding Process Technician to join our team.
Shift Availability:
- 1st Shift: 7 AM - 3 PM
- 3rd Shift: 11 PM - 7 AM
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up new injection molding processes.
- Document processes accurately.
- Troubleshoot machines and molds, including Cincinnati Milacron, Demag, and Toshiba, ranging from 80 to 1760 tons.
- Supervise a team of 10-15 machine operators.
- Ensure compliance with safety gear requirements as per company policy.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of injection molding experience.
- Basic computer skills.
- High school diploma or GED required.
Position Details:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week with overtime available.
- Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- Work location: One site.
