Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Local candidates only. Relocation / H-1B is not offered.

Summary: Responsible for receiving and processing inventory, transferring product between Warehouse, Production and QC areas. Pick, Pack ‘n Ship orders in an efficient and effective manner, communicating status and sharing tracking information with internal stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive product, check for damage, communicate arrival to internal stakeholders and deliver to addressee / place in Inventory
• Receive and process customer returns (RMAs)
• Pick, package up orders and prepare to ship
• Double-check warehouse-picked and QC-provided orders before shipping
• Ship out orders in App (create labels, and confirm shipped so orders team can finalize invoicing)
• Provide shipping and tracking information to Sales
• Have shipments available for pick-up for UPS / FedEx / DHL / USPS / etc.
• Assist other team members and perform additional tasks when needed / as requested
• Follow standard operating procedures

Qualifications:

• Must be able to bend and lift heavy boxes
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in using technology to perform the job (use PC, email, etc.)
• Well-organized, able to multitask but also attentive to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to think quickly and resolve issues
• Team player, willing and ready to help out colleagues in warehouse and production departments if needed.

Job Type: Full Time Monday - Friday (hourly)

Starting wage - $17.00 / hour

Hours: 8am - 5pm (TBD)

Location: Irvine, CA (close to John Wayne Airport)
