• Maintain inventory control, ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff, providing constructive feedback and support for career growth.

Experience

• Proven experience as a General Manager.
• Experience with budgeting and financial management in a hospitality environment.
• Ability to supervise and motivate a diverse team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
