Job Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual with a General Contractor active license in the state of Florida to join our team at IPE Developments LLC. As a General Contractor and Construction Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
General Accountabilities :
- Thoroughly examine and inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites to ensure safety and adherence to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints and other specifications to determine construction requirements and plan procedures accordingly.
- Estimate material and worker requirements for completing projects.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of construction workers and laborers.
- Collaborate with managerial personnel, other departments, and contractors to resolve issues and coordinate activities.
- Coordinate work activities with other construction project teams.
- Order or requisition necessary materials or supplies.
- Locate, measure, and mark site locations or equipment placement using appropriate measuring tools.
- Maintain accurate records of personnel, production, and operational data on specified forms or reports.
- Assign work to employees based on specific job requirements and resource availability.
