E M P L O Y M E N T S T A T U S : Part-time/W-2 position, hours will range from 20 to 29 per week, depending on business need
L O C A T I O N : Remote, US-based only
HOURS: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm MST, specific hours TBD based on availability and business need
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive WordPress website that aligns with branding and business objectives.
- Customize themes and plugins to meet specific requirements.
- Ensure websites are user-friendly, optimized for SEO, and compatible across devices and browsers.
- Monitor website performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns in HubSpot, targeting segmented audiences.
- Coordinate the publication and distribution of the weekly blog, including uploading content to the website, formatting for readability, and promoting through email and LinkedIn.
- Develop compelling content, graphics, and CTAs that drive engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments.
- Design and implement high-converting landing pages using HubSpot’s Marketing Hub.
- Optimize landing pages for lead generation and user engagement.
- Drive the ongoing evolution of growth strategies and effectively operationalize the brand to align with organizational goals and market trends.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align web and email campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
- Leverage HubSpot to manage CRM data and automate workflows.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve digital marketing efforts.
- Partner cross-functionally to execute quarterly lead-gen webinars, including setting up email campaigns, editing landing pages, promoting on LinkedIn, tracking registration and sending post-session collateral.
- Assist in the development and production of design assets for various channels and projects.
- Track and analyze website traffic, email performance, and user behavior.
- Generate reports to measure ROI and recommend optimizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and/or experience, plus 2 to 4 years of applicable experience.
- Proven experience designing and managing WordPress websites, using CSS and HTML when necessary.
- Experience with HubSpot, including email marketing and landing page tools.
- Understanding of SEO, UI/UX principles, and web performance optimization including experience with Google Analytics and/or similar tools.
- Creative skills with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with L&D and certification-model training preferred.
