As a Plastics Extrusion Specialist at IPEG Industrial Group, you will be part of a team that develops and sustains the best plastics extrusion equipment in the world.
Your responsibilities will include collaborating with Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Product Management, Operations, and Sales groups to drive good customer requirements, innovation, and effective decisions.
You will assist in the successful development of new products, analyze product issues, and implement new technologies into Conair products.
You will also work with sales, manufacturing, and lab personnel to complete customer lab trials and factory acceptance testing, assist service department in resolving customer issues with equipment and processes, and provide onsite startup and training for customers on the operation and setup of Conair equipment and tooling.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plastics engineering principles, as well as relevant experience in plastic extrusion processes, set up and operation of plastic extrusion equipment, and extrusion die design and setup.
