Job Description
The Regional Sales Manager will drive the sales growth of Pelletron's products in all industries. This role involves business development, lead generation, and creation/execution of sales strategies. Reporting to the VP, Sales & Marketing, this position will play a critical role in the company's success.
- Oversee all sales activities and ensure effective management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality quotations.
- Identify new areas of growth and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Interpret customer inquiries and develop comprehensive proposals.
- Foster strong relationships with customers through in-person meetings, presentations, and communication.
- Understand technical specifications and utilize them to provide solutions.
- Solicit quotations from sub-vendors to meet customer requirements.
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize CRM system to track customer interactions and sales performance.
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales to maintain sales tools and provide market insights.
- Travel domestically and internationally to support sales efforts.
