Qualifications

• College Graduate with 5 years of experience as a trainer
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Sound decision making and organizational skills
• Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
• Proficiency in MS office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); saving training docs in PDF
• Proven ability to master the full training cycle and possesses hands-on deployment of training modules and gets it reviewed and incorporated the comments from SMEs.
• A serves as a subject-matter expert in the identification, design and development of course curriculum and lessons of applications developed within Amazon Connect and Salesforce technologies to be able to train the end users
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
• Presents well, professional manner and conducts customer needs assessments to prepare for the development and delivery of new training or to refresh existing training curriculum.
• Ability to instruct and train all levels and types of customers (e.g., call center agents, trainees / apprentices, journey-level, supervisors and managers, train the trainer) in application solution.
• Ability to provide expertise in best-in-class learning strategies, methods, processes and curriculum for developing call center agents and managers
• Must possess practical hands-on demonstration proficiencies.
• Candidate stays abreast of best practices in training to continuously develop methods for renewing / refreshing curriculum.
• Ensures effective administration of training processes and policies.
• Proficient in in-person, online, video, class room types of training
