Job Title: MES Developer
Location: Greensboro, NC (Onsite)
Type: Fulltime Position
Job Overview:
- Experience range 5-12 years
- Good Experience in .NET, SQL
- Knowledge of ITSM processes.
- Domain experience in Mfg. Industry
- Knowledge of MES customization & extensions
- Knowledge of OPC-UA, PLC/SCADA interfacing
- Analytical skills, problem solving and attention to detail.
- Good Knowledge of Agile framework.
- Knowledge of ISA95 / MESA standards
- Experience in MES implementation on any COTs tool like Apriso, Simatic IT, GE Proficy, SAP ME/MII, Rockwell etc.
- Good understanding of business processes in manufacturing industry
- Good understanding of Production, Quality, Inventory and Maintenance capabilities required for these industries.
- Prefer Good understanding of control systems automation and its integration with MES solution. Experience of integrating Siemens, Rockwell, Mitsubishi
- Experience in translating Business requirements to functional or technical solutions by mapping business processes to IT capabilities.
- Experience on Fit-Gap assessment for MES functionalities.
- Knowledge on preparing impact assessment for change management.
