Job Description
Skill: nCino Admin
- The nCino Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, and support of the nCino platform within our organization.
- This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure the platform meets business needs and enhances productivity.
- Experience with nCino implementations and customizations.
- nCino 201 or 301 certification is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Familiarity with data migration and integration tools.
Experience Required:
- Certified nCino or Salesforce Administrator preferred.
- Solid experience with Salesforce configuration and administration.
- Strong understanding of banking and financial services processes.
- In-depth knowledge of the commercial lending business process, including loan origination, underwriting, and servicing.
- Experience with Financial Services Cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and configure the nCino Commercial Lending platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions that improve business processes.
- Perform system maintenance, including security reviews and health checks.
- Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and workflows.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users.
- Manage data integrity and quality within the nCino platform.
- Assist in the integration of third-party applications with nCino.
- Create and maintain documentation for processes, policies, and configurations.
- Stay updated with the latest nCino features and best practices through training and webinars.
