Our current openings are on the Swing Shift working Monday-Thursday 3:30 pm to 2:00 am...3 day weekends every week. The starting rate is $20.30 per hour plus $1.25 shift differential!

Principal Responsibilities
- With training, set-up, operate and troubleshoot all fabricating machines
- Set up of molds and the machines for all lines
- Identify material problems ensuring that the product can be manufactured within the standard requirements of the Company's Quality Control program
- Accurately set the process parameters
- Remove all scrap materials from the manufacturing areas to the designated storage areas, ensuring that material is stored in a logical and orderly fashion
- Housekeeping around the area and machines
- Inspect and report potential unsafe or hazardous conditions
- Troubleshoot problems that involve multiple-choice options and determine the most appropriate course of action
- Support and stay in sync with the efforts of the Joint, Health & Safety Committee (JHSC)
- Perform a variety of other tasks as needed
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred, however, full training will be provided
- Must be knowledgeable in basic math
- Detail oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be a self-starter with good interpersonal and verbal communication skills coupled with an eagerness to learn
- Good team player including with a demonstrated ability to contribute to and foster a positive team environment
- Working knowledge of Health and Safety practices is helpful
- After training, should exhibit an understanding of various types and sizes of pipes
- Manufacturing plant environment
- Requires good mobility and involves considerable routine walking, standing for 10 hours, bending, and lifting up to a maximum of 50 lbs
- The use of hand tools including heat forming, pulling, belling, caps, reducer, saws, gluing
- Fast-paced environment where a considerable amount of sensory attention is required
