What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grinder Operator - Pineville 2 Molding position at IPEX Group of Companies?

We are currently seeking a qualified, upbeat professional to perform duties regarding grinder, pulverizer and other related equipment for the purposes of pipe rework preparation! These activities are to be conducted while ensuring and improving safety, product quality, production output, housekeeping and cost control to achieve plant goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Have a basic knowledge of grinder, pulverize, forklift and metal banding nibbler.
- Responsible for accurately loading residual plastic piping into the appropriate grinding equipment
- Ability to use both electric and hand saws to cut sections of pipe to ensure entrance in grinder throat.
- Identify, remove and report scrap in compliance with work instructions.
- Notify Supervisor and/or Lead hands of any non-conformance or unknown conditions and assist in the corrective actions as required.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Completion of high school education or equivalent.
- Must have the ability to read, write and do advanced mathematics.
- Have an understanding of all procedures and instructions as required by ANSI/ASQC A9002.
