What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Co-Op Student position at IPEX Management Inc.?

We currently have an exciting opportunity as a Customer Service Co-Op Student. This role is based in our Oakville Office and reports to the Customer Service Manager.

Principal responsibilities:
Help the team update accounts with contact names and delivery comments
Ensuring all cross-reference tables are cleaned up and corrected
Reviewing all net pricing to ensure it is up to date
Responsible for clean up of obsolete items, back orders, trade price lists, merging of accounts, and verifying accurate rep is linked.
Support CSR with tracking, invoicing, and acquiring PODS
Help the team prepare for the new SAP system.
Knowledge and skill requirements:
Currently enrolled in college/university
A very professional manner and dedication to providing excellent customer service – comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization
Good time management and follow-up skills
Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good teammate with the proven track record to supply to and foster a positive team environment
