We are looking for a Product Compliance Co-Op Student for the Summer 2025 Term. Based out of our Oakville office and as part of our Corporate Quality and Product Compliance group (CQPC), The Student will be providing support to the CQPC, Sales, Manufacturing, and Marketing Departments.

Principal Responsibilities
Support Product Compliance Engineers and Specialists in product certification projects at the corporate level.
Act as a point of contact between IPEX's manufacturing sites and the Corporate Quality and Product Compliance Department.
Support the preparation of requests for quotes and follow-up project progress and completion with certification agencies.
Build product qualification plans and ensure implementation in Manufacturing.
Prepare and maintain documentation provided by the certification requirements and IPEX's internal requirements as per departmental processes.
Support manufacturing in resolving Agencies NCR and coordinate the plant's effort to provide uniform Quality Control and Quality Assurance.
Support efforts to unify Quality Control and Quality Assurance plans for specific product lines.
Reviewing technical documentation for technical accuracy.
Participate in the plant training program on test methods and other CQPC processes.
Participate in any new Special Projects related to Product Compliance processes or quality activities.
Qualifications & Experience
Currently enrolled as a Student.
Strong project management skills.
Ability to follow the test and scientific methods.
Diligent and meticulous attitude.
Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
Being a fast learner.
Strong Interpersonal skills.
Bilingual (English and French) an asset
