We currently have an exciting opportunity as a Part Time Receptionist. This role is based in our Oakville, Ontario office and reports to the Executive Assistant. You will be in office 3 days a week

Job Purpose:
We are currently looking for a motivated, ambitious, dynamic team player to fill the position of Receptionist in our Oakville office.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception duties greeting guests and maintaining visitor log.
Sending and distributing mail and couriers – able to lift packaging up to 50lbs.
Creating and receiving PO’s, following up with accounts payable as needed.
General office duties in reception area.
Assist administrative assistant with additional tasks
Job Requirements:
Education & Certificates
High school diploma
Technical Skills & Experience
2-3 years’ experience in an administrative role.
Intermediate level Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
Competencies:
Strong communication skills.
Detail orientated, Strong organization skills, ability to multitask, and determine priorities.
Professional phone manner.
Ability to work independently.
Good team player.
Ability to exhibit diplomacy and tact in dealing with a wide variety of people and positions.
Working Conditions:
Nearly always work indoors in corporate office environment with long periods of sitting
May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels.
Employee may be required to perform Considerable level of specific tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs, muscular action, body movements, working positions, posture changes, visual attentiveness).
