Lead media strategy and innovation as an Associate Media Director, driving client success through collaborative leadership. Bringing expertise in media research, industry trends and client needs, you'll spearhead media planning, ensuring seamless integration with creative and marketing initiatives and inspiring teamwork, innovation and growth.
A Day in the Life
- Lead media planning and execution, ensuring timeliness, accuracy and operational excellence.
- Develop strategic plans aligned with client goals, utilizing data-driven approaches.
- Collaborate with Strategy to inform audience segmentation and prioritization.
- Manage budgets and campaign plans across online and offline channels.
- Stay updated on media innovations and industry trends.
- Foster relationships with media vendors and publishers.
- Provide guidance and counsel to junior team members.
- - Lead client presentations and meetings representing company values and goals.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- 4 years media experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Media applications (MediaTools, KANTAR, Prisma)
- Proven strategic thinking and team leadership skills
- Ability to foster strong and trusted client relationships.
- Productivity and strong time management skills
- Interest in staying updated on media innovations and industry trends.

Salary : $110,000 - $145,000
