A Day in the Life
- Fill strategic gaps across multiple accounts, developing comprehensive CRM deliverables.
- Collaborate with agency stakeholders, presenting innovative ideas to clients.
- Build strong relationships with engagement strategists, planners and account services leads.
- Create and present CRM deliverables, incorporating client feedback.
- Develop compelling narratives aligning business needs, deliverables and solutions.
- Stay updated on trends, leveraging AI platforms to enhance strategic deliverables and lead generation tactics.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field; 5 years CRM experience and pharma background preferred.
- Advanced understanding of brand goals, objectives and regulatory requirements (CAN-SPAM, CCPA, GDPR).
- Proactive, dynamic and entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent presentation, client service and collaboration skills.
- Ability to task-switch, manage concurrent projects and prioritize deadlines.
- Leadership skills, fostering cooperative environments and talent development.

Salary : $120,000 - $160,000
