Drive brand strategy development as an Associate Director, Strategic Planning, leveraging expertise in insight generation, positioning and creative brief writing. Leading core brand strategy deliverables and workshops, you'll consult on research design and analysis, crafting bespoke strategies. Expertise spans disease state understanding, market dynamics and pharma compliance.
A Day in the Life
- Leverage strategic planning expertise to drive brand recommendations, addressing disease state, customer and market dynamics.
- Develop and present comprehensive brand strategy deliverables, ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical marketing guidelines.
- Collaborate with senior team members, balancing autonomy and teamwork, and lead client workshops.
- Supervise and mentor Strategic Planning team members, guiding career development and talent management.
- Demonstrate leadership, empathy and professionalism in communications, fostering a positive team environment.
- Contribute to hiring, staffing and performance management decisions for direct reports.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field.
- 5 years' brand strategy or market research experience, with 3 years' pharmaceutical/health experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, AI platforms and market research tools (SERMO, Datamonitor).
- Excellent communication, analytical and strategic thinking skills, with ability to leverage data and insights.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with agility and problem-solving skills.
- Curiosity, passion, collaboration and attention to detail, with ability to drive influence.

Salary : $120,000 - $160,000
