Requirements
As our chosen Maintenance Technician , everyday you will be responsible for maintenance / cleaning common areas, including landscaping. Walk the property several times a day and eliminate trash / debris. Perform landscaping tasks : mowing, weed-eating, removal of all green waste debris. Empty trash, dusting and general cleaning. Identify or troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, irrigation repair issues. Rustic Acres (294 spaces total) is a beautiful Manufactured Housing community in Boise, ID and we want YOU to be our Maintenance Technician!
To thrive in this role :
Prior experience performing light maintenance duties such as light plumbing, carpentry and electrical
Knowledge of proper use of janitorial / landscaping tools and equipment, manual, electric and gas powered
Provide excellent customer service to residents, coworkers and vendors
Excellent time management skills
Valid drivers license
landscaping, ability to maintain tools and equipment.
Bonus Skills
Maintenance experience
Septic and Well knowledge preferred
