We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide a mix of business and personal support to a busy executive. The ideal candidate will have a background in real estate, exceptional multitasking abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism. This role requires managing both professional and personal tasks, ensuring the executive’s day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Support:
- Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, on behalf of the executive.
- Oversee real estate-related administrative tasks, such as maintaining property documents, contracts, and transaction records.
- Assist with real estate market research, tracking trends, and preparing reports or presentations.
- Coordinate property showings, inspections, and open houses as needed.
- Prepare marketing materials for properties and manage online listings or social media accounts related to real estate.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and stakeholders in real estate transactions.
Personal Support:
- Organize travel arrangements for both business and personal purposes.
- Manage household or personal errands such as scheduling appointments, handling bills, or coordinating events.
- Assist with personal correspondence and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Coordinate family schedules or personal projects as requested.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role; real estate industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with real estate software or CRM tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of real estate principles, contracts, and terminology is preferred.
- A service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
