Notes:
This is for a PM that is being moved to another project. Will come in an assume a majority of the responsibilities of the current initiatives.
Need someone that can hit the ground running. Someone with a lot of energy and is a mover and a shaker. Do not have time for hand holding.
Project:
Will be working on new formulation.
New brands and graphic changes.
New innovation.
No people management on this role.
Requirements:
5- years of Project Management experience.
CPG industry experience a huge plus. Expertise in new formulation, new branding and packaging, graphic changes, etc.
Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and/or Procurement background.
Ability to manage 2-5 projects simultaneously.
Communication skills. Knowing who to talk to, set up meetings with, drive teams and business, etc.
Environment: SAP, MS Office (Excel), Smartsheet, etc.
