Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to lead our enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA transformation program. This role is critical to the success of our digital core modernization strategy, overseeing planning, execution, and delivery of the multi-year ERP upgrade from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall SAP S/4HANA transformation program across business and IT, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timelines, and budget.
- Develop and maintain the integrated program roadmap, working with business stakeholders, SAP architects, SI
- partners, and internal teams.
- Establish governance structures including steering committee updates, risk/issue management, and executive
- Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning finance, supply chain, merchandising, HR, and IT to drive process
- transformation and system adoption.
- Manage system integrators and external vendors, including contract oversight, deliverables tracking, and
- performance management.
- Identify and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and interlocks with adjacent programs.
- Support change management, training, and business readiness activities in partnership with internal communications and training teams.
- Champion agile and/or hybrid delivery methods depending on workstream needs.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of progressive experience in program or portfolio management, with at least 5 years in SAP ERP transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale SAP S/4HANA migrations or greenfield implementations in a retail, consumer goods, or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of core SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, WM/EWM, PP, etc.) and how they interact in and enterprise landscape.
- Experience managing third-party systems integrators, onshore/offshore teams, and working within a structured PMO environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to influence senior leaders and lead cross-functional teams.
- PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certification a plus.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with retail operations and related business processes.
- Experience integrating SAP with modern cloud platforms and retail systems.
- Understanding of data migration, testing strategy, and cutover planning in and S/4 environment.
