Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) Functional Consultant at a Lead level to drive the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP TM solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP TM, strong leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of transportation and logistics processes. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) solutions.
Provide expert-level SAP TM functional consulting and drive business process improvements.
Design, configure, and optimize SAP TM solutions for Freight Order Management, Carrier Selection, Transportation Planning, and Execution.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP TM configurations.
Lead workshops, blueprinting, and solution design for SAP TM implementations.
Ensure integration with other SAP modules such as SAP EWM, SAP S/4HANA, SAP LE-TRA, and SAP GTS.
Manage and mentor junior consultants while leading project teams.
Support SAP TM enhancements, upgrades, and system optimization efforts.
Work closely with technical teams on custom developments, BOPF enhancements, and Fiori apps for SAP TM.
Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting for SAP TM solutions
Stay updated with SAP TM best practices and innovations to improve system functionality.
Required Qualifications:
8 years of SAP TM experience with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations.
Expertise in SAP TM 9.6 or SAP S/4HANA TM including Planning, Execution, Charge Calculation, Freight Settlement, and Reporting.
Strong knowledge of transportation planning, carrier management, freight costing, and invoice verification.
Hands-on experience in SAP TM configuration, master data setup, and BOPF enhancements.
Good understanding of SAP TM integration with EWM, SD, MM, and LE-TRA.
Experience working in hybrid and cloud environments is a plus.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
