We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to lead our enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA transformation program.

This role is critical to the success of our digital core modernization strategy, overseeing planning, execution, and delivery of the multi-year ERP upgrade from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall SAP S/4HANA transformation program across business and IT, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timelines, and budget.
• Develop and maintain the integrated program roadmap, working with business stakeholders, SAP architects, SI partners, and internal teams.
• Establish governance structures including steering committee updates, risk/issue management, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning finance, supply chain, merchandising, HR, and IT to drive process transformation and system adoption.
• Manage system integrators and external vendors, including contract oversight, deliverables tracking, and performance management.
• Identify and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and interlocks with adjacent programs.
• Support change management, training, and business readiness activities in partnership with internal communications and training teams.
• Champion agile and/or hybrid delivery methods depending on workstream needs.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 10 years of progressive experience in program or portfolio management, with at least 5 years in SAP ERP transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale SAP S/4HANA migrations or greenfield implementations in a retail, consumer goods, or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of core SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, WM/EWM, PP, etc.) and how they interact in an enterprise landscape.
• Experience managing third-party systems integrators, onshore/offshore teams, and working within a structured PMO environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to influence senior leaders and lead cross-functional teams.
• PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certification is a plus.
