Description

Painter / Sandblaster

Our company is seeking a skilled Industrial Painter / Sandblaster to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial painting and sandblasting, with a strong focus on safety and attention to detail.

Responsibilities :

  • Prepare surfaces for painting by sandblasting, scraping, and cleaning
  • Apply paint and coatings to industrial equipment and structures
  • Follow safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times
  • Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
  • Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time and within budget

Requirements :

  • Previous experience in industrial painting and sandblasting preferred
  • Knowledge of welding and other industrial processes a plus
  • Must be able to pass a pulmonary fit test for respirator use
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to work in an industrial setting with exposure to dust, noise, and other environmental factors
