The Plant Manager will be accountable for the operational strategy, safe operations, operating performance, financial performance, capital deployment, growth initiatives, and day-to-day leadership of the plant.
Key responsibilities include implementing the operations strategy, organization structure and processes in the plant, planning, directing, coordinating, and overseeing operations activities.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for the financial performance and P&L of the site, ensuring compliance with operational, financial, legal and regulatory requirements.
