P {margin-top : 0;margin-bottom : 0;} Job Description : Chemical Technician (Logistics Position) Location : Tualatin, OR 97062 Pay : $25 / hour Shift Details : Days : Monday to Friday Hours : 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM Position Overview : The MEGASYS Material Handler will primarily focus on material handling and logistics tasks, including ordering, receiving, inspection, delivery, pickup, and recycling. This role involves working independently on 8- or 12-hour shifts and gaining a fundamental understanding of Specialty Gas and Chemical Products. Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with logistics technicians to receive, ship, and move High-Purity Materials (HPMs Perform bulk gas and chemical receiving and oversee liquid transfer setups. Utilize forklifts and pallet jacks for material handling. Adhere to ISO Quality Management standards and maintain clear communication through written and verbal skills. Use basic computer skills for inventory and logistics operations. Handle physical labor tasks, including moving cylinders and drums. Preferred Skills and Qualifications : Previous experience with forklifts and pallet jacks. Strong team player with flexibility to work rotating shifts, on-call schedules, holidays, weekends, and off-shifts. Ability to perform physical labor associated with handling heavy materials.
