Responsibilities
- Check specification paper for accuracy. Ensuring lot number, use by date, batch code and number, and weights are correct.
- Set-up printer, weight checker machine and x-ray machine.
- Perform x-ray and weight check test every hour.
- Prepare and transfer information of the product into computer.
- At the beginning of the run, take fist two packages off the line to perform test.
- Check product’s weight. Measure temperature, salt, volume, drain weight, and noodle weight (if required). Check seal integrity using plier and measure the width of the seal area.
- Perform Conductivity test
- After line finish, correct the data from computer by printing it out, ensure to save all the information. Test x-ray and weight checker at the end of the production.
- At the beginning of the day, check and ensure all scale in facility works properly.
- Check temperature of all incubators, freezers, cooler. Ensure the temperature is in the acceptable range.
- Perform evaluation on products from previous day production. By check at appearance, smell, tasting.
- Collect and send samples for laboratory test and customers as required
- Perform acid test for seal integrity.
- Ensure quality of product based on position responsibilities
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Physical Demands of the Position : While performing the duties of this position, the employee must be able to see, speak, hear, read, walk, and stand, walk, reach with hands and arms. for long periods. The employee must be able to pull, push, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, balance, and lift in excess of 50 lbs. There is extensive walking required.
