We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Russian-speaking Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our primary care team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, health maintenance, and management of acute and chronic conditions. You will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history-taking, physical exams, and diagnostic testing.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans.
- Provide preventive care services such as immunizations, screenings, and health education.
- Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with state regulations and scope of practice.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Document all patient encounters, diagnoses, treatment plans, and outcomes in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Address patient and family concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Stay current on best practices and advancements in primary care medicine.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited NP program.
- Licensure: Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Pennsylvania.
- Certification: Board-certified by an appropriate certifying body (e.g., AANP, ANCC, NCCPA).
- Experience: Prior experience in primary care is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in EHR systems.
- Language: Russian and English
