Responsibilities:
Use Generative AI tools to scan and analyze recorded customer conversations, identifying key information such as customer intent, sentiment, and recurring topics.
Customize recordings and AI models to meet specific client needs.
Leverage AI technologies (Amazon, Anthropic, Google, etc.) to extract insights from call center recordings.
Work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for call recording insights.
Adapt and fine-tune AI technologies to align with industry-specific needs, including health exchange programs.
Requirements:
Proven hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies such as Amazon, Anthropic (preferred), Google, or equivalent.
Strong background in analyzing call center recordings using AI tools.
Deep understanding of NLP (Natural Language Processing) for extracting customer insights.
Experience with contact center operations and analyzing large volumes of recordings.
Familiarity with the health exchange domain and customization of AI solutions.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
