Our website, www.iPostal1.com, lists 3,000 addresses, including retail pack and ship stores, 1,000 Staples stores and coworking spaces. Customers choose a mailing address for business or personal use and view and manage their postal mail and packages anywhere with an app or online. iPostal1 is now expanding its customer base to include Enterprise clients.
We are seeking a motivated, self-directed and personable Inside Sales Associate, Enterprise to join our dynamic sales team at iPostal1. The person in this role will respond to leads from iPostal1.com or from iPostal1.com/enterprise via phone, email and chat. The objective is to screen, close or redirect the prospect depending on the need and use case. This person will report to the EVP B2B Marketing.
This is a hybrid position working out of our Montebello, NY headquarters at least 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to Enterprise leads from iPostal1.com or to leads that come directly from iPostal1.com/enterprise.
- Screen the prospect to understand the use case, volume potential and fit with iPostal1 product offerings for individuals, small businesses or larger businesses.
- Redirect prospects whose use case matches iPostal1.com offerings for individuals and small business.
- Close prospects whose use case matches the iPostal1 Enterprise offerings. Consult with Supervisor as needed to evaluate and price the opportunity.
- As time allows, engage in outbound sales activities to potential Enterprise customers.
- Attend trade shows and industry conferences to capture sales leads.
- Use a CRM tool like Salesforce to log all activity and manage the sales onboarding process
- Provide regular progress updates and recommendations to improve results.
- Become knowledgeable of the Digital Mailbox industry through company data, self-directed research, and industry newsletters and blogs
- B2B sales/service experience with demonstrated achievement preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Self-directed, ambitious, organized, entrepreneurial mind-set
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Dedication to achieving results through persistence and continual improvement
- Basic Computer, Word, PowerPoint, and spreadsheet skills
- Sales acumen
- Ability to communicate in an outgoing, poised and persuasive manner
