What are the responsibilities and job description for the Solution Consultant position at IPRally?

By modeling the technical content of patents, and process this by cutting edge, proprietary Neural Networks, IPRally gives our customers highly relevant information at their fingertips, in seconds. Our client base includes renowned organizations like ABB, Saint-Gobain, Dolby, as well as Patent and Trademark Offices and law firms. Recently, we successfully completed our A-round of funding, marking the beginning of our accelerated growth journey.
As we want even more companies to experience the same benefits we are now looking to go into our next phase of growth, and this is where you come into the picture! We are looking to expand our Sales and Customer Success teams in North America and hope that you will join us on this journey!
What would you be doing?
- Delivering deep dive technical and sales-oriented demonstrations to prospects in the pre-sales phase, from initial calls through in depth demos to trials.
- Delivering deep dive technical training sessions (including kick off calls), and product updates, to existing customers throughout their customer lifecycle, with the aim to ensure adoption, utilization and customer satisfaction & engagement.
- Helping support our users in-platform, from usage support, to product issues and bugs, using established channels / protocols.
- Collecting customer / prospect feedback and supporting the sharing of said feedback to the Product Team via established channels.
- Creating / Maintaining a library of videos and training material for prospects and customers, with the aim to automate many of the processes in the sales and customer success field. Also creating material for the AEs and CSMs to use when they are delivering training and demos to the clients.
- Speaking, and representing IPRally, at conferences and industry events when required.
- Supporting the Marketing team with delivery of Webinars or similar content requirements (when necessary).
