Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Printer Supplies (Ink & Toner)
Location: In-Person, Simi Valley Office
Job Type: Part-Time (4 hours daily, 20 hours per week)

About Us:
iPrint is a national provider of printer supplies, specializing in OEM ink and toner. We help businesses keep their printers running smoothly with fast, reliable, and cost-effective solutions. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us generate new business and expand our customer base.
About the Role:
As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping them find the right printer supplies for their needs. Your goal is to identify leads, start conversations, and set up sales opportunities for our Account Managers.

Responsibilities:
- Prospect & qualify leads through cold calls and emails.
- Engage with office managers, IT professionals, and procurement teams to understand their printer supply needs.
- Educate potential customers on the benefits of our products and why they should buy from us instead of competitors.
- Schedule sales appointments and demos for the account management team.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM.
- Work closely with the sales manager to refine outreach strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1 years of sales or customer service experience (B2B experience preferred).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A go-getter attitude with a desire to exceed goals.
- Comfortable with cold calling and email outreach.
- Ability to handle objections and turn "no" into "maybe" and eventually "yes".
- Experience using a CRM (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel.
- Prior experience in office supplies, IT sales, or a related field is a bonus.
