Salary : 200K-250K base

Job Overview : We are searching for a Head of Construction to contribute to our continuous expansion across the United States. This person is the point for Retail Construction Projects, including New Stores, Relocations, and Remodels. They are responsible for coordinating all facets of the construction process, from start to finish, to ensure that their projects are managed in a timely manner and within budget.

Requirements :

• BA required (Preferred in Construction Management).
• 5 years of Construction Project Management (preferably in high-end retail in shopping malls).
• Proficiency in MS Office, primarily Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
• A general knowledge of standard operating procedures in regard to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.
• Familiarity with both UNION and Non-UNION based vendors, contractors, and Mall Personnel (Simon, Macerich, GGP, Taubman, etc.).
• Ability to read architectural plans and schematic drawings. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact well with vendors, contractors, and corporate Team members.
• Ability to work well under pressure & handle multiple projects while maintaining deadlines.
