What are the responsibilities and job description for the RMA Specialist I position at Iproa, Inc.?
1) Put tracking information in the RMA and update original invoice with what was replaced and on what RMA.
2) Check Firmware updates and test all encoders that come back from all RMAs.
3) Replace parts in the equipment, as necessary.
4) Test cameras, including default IP address, update firmware, factory default, ping test, check recorded video, check live image, inspect for warranty violation.
5) Quality Assurance- Inspect and clean ALL items; ensure they pass quality metrics.
6) Monitor and control ALL Back to Vendor Inventory, both in-house and at vendor; create an inventory report at end of month.
7) Provide reports for vendor RMAs for failed testing.
