What are the responsibilities and job description for the Security Supervisor position at IPS Corporate Security?
IPS Security Inc. is looking for Security Supervisors to join our team. Your role as a Security Supervisor will be to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and guests, manage and train security officers on policies and procedures, ensure all shifts are covered, monitor and report any activity, and work hand in hand with the other staff members. In order to be successful in this role, you must have open availability, good leadership skills, good oral and written communication skills, and strong customer service skills.
Guttenburg, NJ: $22.00 per hour
- Full Time and Part Time- All shifts available and include weekends
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and guests.
- Manage and coach security officers towards the IPS standard.
- Hold open doors and help clients enter the building.
- Ensure all shifts are covered at all times.
- Observe and report any activity on site.
- Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to work scheduled hours.
- Ability to communicate effectively on all reporting and tasks.
Requirements
- Must have a NJ SORA License.
- Must have a Driver's License.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written.
- Maintain company professional standards.
- Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time.
