IPS is a behavioral healthcare company that specializes in outpatient mental health and substance misuse treatment for adults in socioeconomically diverse populations in Dallas, Ellis, and Kauffman Counties. IPS is state-funded, non-profit organization, that specializes in the provision of outpatient clinical services for those negatively associated with the criminal justice system.

IPS is seeking individuals that are passionate about helping those that struggle with mental illness, substance misuse, homelessness, and forensically involved clientele. We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our team!
Duties/Responsibilities:
The Quality Assurance Specialists reports to the Quality Assurance Manager to ensure the company’s quality standards are consistently maintained in order to maintain compliance with the contractual obligations and regulations which govern IPS’ programs. This role does not provide any direct client care. This analyst role is process oriented and requires a detail-oriented person who will primarily be responsible for conducting weekly research and analysis of clinical records.
The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for:
- Conducting internal audits, monitoring, and documenting results based on company processes and procedures
- Running reports and analyzing data from all relevant sources
- Evaluating employee performance and communicating viable feedback
- Weekly distribution of errors identified in each department and data management
Required Skills:
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in exercise of self-initiative
- Effective time management and detail-orientation
- Critical thinking skills, deductive and inductive reasoning
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suites

Experience:
Quality Assurance: 1 year (Preferred)
