We are looking for a Document Controller to join our team out of our office located in Somerset, New Jersey.Position ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with corporate document conventions, including numbering and approvals.Liaise with the Project Managers to establish document distribution plans for each assigned project.Maintain document distribution systems and schedules for assigned projects based on client, project, and contractor requirements.Expedite review, approval, and distribution of supplier and internally produced project documents.Establish and maintain electronic indices of project documents and generates reports that meet project requirements.Support preparation of transmittals of engineering and procurement documents.Arrange catalog, package, long-term storage, and disposal of project documents at the time of project closeout.Come join a caring, nimble team that delivers world-class designs for our pharmaceutical clients and take your career to new heights!Qualifications & Requirements2-3 years of document control experience in the Architecture / Engineering / Construction industry (A / E / C).Proven work experience using File Sharing sites for document posting, uploading, downloading, and manipulation (SharePoint, FTP, etc.).Proficient in MS Excel and Word.About UsIPS, a Berkshire Hathaway company, is a global leader in developing innovative business solutions for the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries.
