At IPS, you will apply your knowledge, skills, and passion to make a difference in the lives of people, solving complex challenges related to pharmaceutical, biotech, and animal health research and manufacturing facilities. We are looking for a talented Senior EHS Specialist to join our dedicated team in Blue Bell, PA.
Position Responsibilities
- Assists construction project teams by supporting subcontractor qualifications, Safety Plan development, Safety plan implementation, project compliance inspections, and project EHS regulatory guidance.
- Researches regulations and assists with construction site EHS compliance.
- Visits IPS work sites to assist in EHS compliance.
- Performs EHS compliance audits and inspections at IPS project sites.
- Records and report audit reports and assist with the implementation of corrective actions.
- Provide on-site EHS support for projects that require continuous oversight.
- Reviews and evaluates daily Job Safety Analysis developed by subcontractors.
- Assists with Safety metrics recording and reporting.
- Plans and attends meetings as requested and supports EHS department administrative functions.
- Demonstrates and advocates for safety and SOP requirements.
