In this role, you will provide technical, managerial, administrative, and managerial support to Project Managers and Project Executives.

In this role, you will provide technical, managerial, administrative, and managerial support to Project Managers and Project Executives.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager in the delivery of individual projects, focusing on quality objectives, and support the coordination of technical design disciplines.
- Coordinate resources to achieve project goals.
- Interact with clients on assigned projects and promote positive relationships.
- Coordinate review and approval from the Project Executive and/or Director of Operations and communicate this information to the project team.
- Work with the Project Manager to develop and maintain written project scopes of work and communicate this information to the project team.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of project schedules and develop a working knowledge of the project budget throughout the execution of the project.
- Develop a thorough understanding of contractually required quality in design and construction and support quality assurance for the project.
- Monitor design content and quality and coordinate design revisions for constructability and compliance with basis documents, schedule, and budget.
- Work with Document Control to ensure that all project documents are distributed, reviewed, and stored to meet project and corporate requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3 years of engineering experience.
- Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering from an accredited college or university.
- Expertise in computer operation for engineering design programs and computer aided drafting.
- General knowledge of system design and applicable codes in specific discipline related area (Mechanical, Structural, Plumbing, Electrical or Process).
- Registered Professional Engineer.
- Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry experience.
