Are you a dynamic and skilled Sr. Construction Project Manager with a passion for making a difference in the lives of people? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team located in Cary, NC!
At IPS, we specialize in building manufacturing facilities for pharmaceutical, bio-tech, and animal health clients. As a Sr. Construction Project Manager, you'll have the opportunity to work throughout the Southeast leading construction projects to successful completion - safely, on time, and on budget.
To excel in this role, you'll need a strong construction background, an uncompromising commitment to safety and quality, and a focus on client engagement. You'll work with the Project Director and / or Senior Project Manager as you guide our engineering, construction management, and superintendent teams to achieve project goals. Youll maintain preconstruction, construction, and closeout execution plans; project scopes of work; budgets; and schedules. In coordination with accounting, you'll manage vendor and subcontractor invoicing and client billing. Well rely on you to monitor project costs and field conditions, and ensure changes are fully reflected in cost reports.
Youll also monitor design content and coordinate design revisions for constructability and compliance. Collaboration is key, as youll coordinate the construction schedule with design, commissioning, and qualification schedule requirements. If project risks are identified, youll work to mitigate those in partnership with senior leadership.
As a champion of our safety culture, you'll be responsible for leading the established site safety program in your area and monitoring performance with CMs and Superintendents on site. Youll regularly interact with the client, listening and ensuring that their needs are met with a focus on the IPS client experience. Youll build strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients, as you develop solutions, all while building life impacting facilities.

Qualifications & Requirements :
- 15 years of experience in project delivery or a related discipline.
- Experience managing construction for multi-million-dollar projects.
- OSHA 30 or ability to obtain and maintain.
