  • Monitor project costs and field conditions and ensure changes are fully reflected in cost reports.
  • Monitor design content and coordinate design revisions for constructability and compliance.
  • Coordinate the construction schedule with design, commissioning, and qualification schedule requirements.
  • If project risks are identified, work to mitigate those in partnership with senior leadership.
  • Lead the established site safety program in your area and monitor performance with CMs and Superintendents on site.
  • Interact regularly with the client, listening and ensuring that their needs are met with a focus on the IPS client experience.
  • Build strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients as you develop solutions.

Come join one of the fastest-growing companies in the AEC industry with a global reach that spans four continents! You will be part of a caring, flexible team that oversees the construction of world-class pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience in project delivery or a related discipline.
  • Experience managing construction for multi-million-dollar projects.
  • OSHA 30 or ability to obtain and maintain.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Manufacturing / Industrial experience.
  • Experience in the construction of pharmaceutical, biotech, and/or life science facilities.
  • Piping and civil experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with teams and clients, team building, and strong work ethic.

Safety

  • This position will have 25% travel, or as required by the assigned project.
  • You may be assigned to a client site for an extended period.
  • Overnight travel or staying in the city of the Client’s location is possible depending on the assignment.
